Each year, the PrintIT Awards continue to celebrate the achievements of this vital, ever changing technology sector with a comprehensive programme of awards, covering all aspects of the print industry. We’re delighted to share with you that Xeretec have been recognised by a panel of industry leaders in a highly competitive field, receiving four separate award nominations in this Year’s upcoming PrintIT Awards, taking place on Dec 6th, being short-listed in the following categories:
Reseller of the Year
During the pandemic, we diversified into key front line service enabling technology areas to support the NHS, Police and other service areas.
We were also able to be flexible and supportive of the needs of customers looking to pause, reduce, and re-arrange their existing commitments with us.

MPS Solution of the Year
We completed a large deployment into a 10 Hospital NHS Trust with one of the busiest and largest A&E departments in the UK, with a mixed fleet of two brands. This was integrated via one Secure print solution, with NHS Badge release (with door and PC unified access), and the option for username and password.
This was underpinned by a resilient cluster environment for failsafe, with bespoke Print Kiosk operation from SharePoint resources.

Service Team of the Year
From the Shetland Isles, to all points in Ireland and down to the farthest reaches of Southern England, our UK-based Helpdesk offers 1,2 and 3 levels operatives, on site engineers, and MPS team experts.
The team have been praised for working 24 x 7 with emergency support when required including overnight troubleshooting.
Innovation Award
Our organisation focuses on End User Experience (EUX) and goes the extra mile to give its customers and prospective customers.
We offer a depth of insight via more relevant data points, benchmarking, and advice on technology introduction and what it means in quantifiable results.
We touch on costs and ROI, productivity gains, environmental improvements, the reduction of risk and the positive impact on staff and customer experience.
