Xeretec is pleased to announce the appointment of Marino Keith as the new Managing Director for the North of Scotland. With a remarkable tenure of 16 years at Xeretec, Marino's extensive experience and dedication make him the natural choice to lead the company forward in the wake of John Sheran's retirement earlier this year.

Marino has played a pivotal role in the growth of Xeretec’s service division. Starting as a Technical Solutions specialist in 2007, he progressed to become the company’s Service Delivery Director, overseeing the development and enhancement of Xeretec’s support offerings and the establishment of a state-of-the-art helpdesk facility in Aberdeen.

The timing of Marino’s promotion aligns perfectly with the strengthened management structure in place to oversee the service division. This allows Marino to focus on other strategic areas within Xeretec, knowing that the high standards of service customers expect will be maintained.

Marino Keith commented on his new role, stating, “My new position feels like a natural progression. I have had the privilege of working with many of our existing customers over the years, and I am eager to reconnect with them in a new capacity. With a background rooted in service and technical expertise, my primary goal is to ensure we continue to meet their support requirements first and foremost. Additionally, I am excited to expand our team, with recruitment underway for a new cohort of technical account managers who will provide valuable guidance on our comprehensive range of offerings. The North is poised for exciting developments, and I extend my gratitude to John and the senior leadership team for their guidance and support, as I look forward to leaving my mark on this new chapter.”
