The role:

Repairing and maintaining Xeretec provided Office equipment and solutions, you’ll liaise, with the Xeretec service team and end users to deliver the required levels of service.

Job Details

  • To complete onsite servicing of all Xeretec print equipment.
  • To complete pro-active servicing to ensure end to end customer satisfaction.
  • Manage smooth installation of new multi-function systems with client end users and/or IT Depts.
  • Achieve agreed Service Levels on device uptime throughout lifetime of the contract.
  • To follow Service Management processes.
  • Liaise with hardware vendors to ensure all escalations are handled in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Company/Customer IT security processes followed.

This position would ideally suit a person who has experience in electrical, mechanical and software systems.

Hours: Full-time – 37.5 Hours Per Week

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
