The role:
Repairing and maintaining Xeretec provided Office equipment and solutions, you’ll liaise, with the Xeretec service team and end users to deliver the required levels of service.
Job Details
- To complete onsite servicing of all Xeretec print equipment.
- To complete pro-active servicing to ensure end to end customer satisfaction.
- Manage smooth installation of new multi-function systems with client end users and/or IT Depts.
- Achieve agreed Service Levels on device uptime throughout lifetime of the contract.
- To follow Service Management processes.
- Liaise with hardware vendors to ensure all escalations are handled in a quick and efficient manner.
- Company/Customer IT security processes followed.
This position would ideally suit a person who has experience in electrical, mechanical and software systems.

Hours: Full-time – 37.5 Hours Per Week
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
