By helping customers deliver measurable positive outcomes, Xeretec now ranks in the top 2% of IT service providers in the UK and Ireland and Steve’s wealth of experience, unique insight into the IT and Managed Print industry and entrepreneurial spirit continue to drive the business forward.

Cliff joined Xerox early in his career and worked in sales for 12 years, the last four as a sales manager. Using his technical knowhow and sales expertise, Cliff founded Digital Documents Direct (3D) in 2000. Ten years later 3D was acquired by Xeretec and Cliff was invited to become a Group Director. In 2016 he became Xeretec’s Group Sales Director and in 2020 a key shareholder at Group level and Steve Hawkins’ Business Partner. As Xeretec has grown the provision of its core lifecycle IT solutions, Cliff has organised the enhancement of the engine to deliver transformational services.

When Cliff is not travelling for work, he likes to spend time with his family and is a keen supporter of Arsenal FC

He joined Xeretec with an outstanding track record of delivering IT transformation and change in line with business requirements by identifying improvements through flexible robust propositions in order to deliver customer centric solutions.

Group Marketing Director who has been with the business since 2008, with 20 years’ experience in the IT industry prior to that since 1988. David combines marketing with a deep technical understanding to help simplify how IT can deliver results for organisations. An award-winning marketeer and Channel Manager, David has previously been a shareholder and sales leader in a software company for 7 years, and held senior positions in HP, Canon and Samsung for over a decade prior to Xeretec.

Helping guide customers to make informed choices and navigate complex options with ease and relevance is a mantra that David and the team work on every day.

Marino started his career as a time-served mechanical engineer,  then went on to play football professionally for 12 years.  During this time, he studied via the Open University to gain a BSc in IT and Computing, joining Xeretec as an analyst before progressing to become our Service Delivery Director and more recently our Managing Director for the North of Scotland.

Marino is also a keen skier and golfer but especially loves family time with wife Sarah, daughter Mia and son Luca where baking and eating cake is a firm favourite.

Shaun is a chartered global management accountant (CGMA) and our Finance Director. He has been with the company for fifteen years, eight as a Director.  Shaun’s hobbies include coaching his boys’ football teams and competing at Darts events.

After gaining a City and Guilds engineering qualification, Steve spent seven years servicing early digital printers and finishing equipment in the UK and Australia. He then moved into sales roles and acquired 17 years sales experience in the Xerox channel. Today, Steve oversees the management of our East Midlands and North-West regions and the Production sales teams.  He is a big sports fan.

Paul has been in the industry for over 25 years and at Xeretec for four years, during which he opened the new central division at Xeretec. Paul is particularly proud of being asked to join the board of the St Patrick’s Day Charity Ball, Glasgow and loves red wine and Indian food but hates negativity and flat lager.

Tom joined in November 2003 as a sales executive and since 2016 has been the General Manager for Xeretec in Ireland. Tom enjoys all sports but has a passion for Hurling. He has either played or coached it since he was 10. He is a native of Offaly but coaches underage teams in Galway, he will regularly spend a meeting talking sport rather than business. Tom is also involved locally with Down Syndrome Galway and works with committees for fundraising and raising awareness.

Having spent the first 5 years of his working life in London’s Financial Markets, Andy subsequently has had a 25-year career leading and developing Sales and Marketing Operations in the Document and Technology sector, working in both large, fast growth, Value Add Reseller partner organisations and major OEMs such as Hewlett Packard and Kyocera.

Since graduating in Business Studies and Information Management at the University of Sheffield, Chris has worked exclusively in Sales within the Information Technology sector. He has been leading various sales teams at Xeretec for over 5 years and has vast experience in the corporate marketplace. Outside of work, Chris loves travelling, and anything sport related.

Phil gained a teaching degree before joining Xerox where he spent many successful years. He then worked in IT sales at EMC prior to joining Xeretec where he has spent the last five years ensuring we are market leaders at what we do. A people-person who keeps the office entertained with his witty banter, Phil dreams of being a game show host having appeared on shows such as The Generation Game.

Lucie has worked within the IT sector since 2013 in both customer service and sales positions.

Now responsible for selecting technologies within the Xeretec’s portfolio, Lucie is passionate about assessing technologies and services available within the IT sector that change the game; encouraging customers to stop and think differently.

Lucie once auditioned to be an actress in a Spam Ham advert, she did not get the job.

Matt gained a degree in Computer Animation & Design before deciding to change careers entirely joining Xeretec in 2009. After 9 years in sales where he has been pivotal in onboarding some of our largest customers, Matt has spent the last 3 years building our Digital Workspace business which is now the fastest-growing sector within Xeretec, representing around 20-25% of our overall business. Larger than your average bear Matt is a former rugby player & a big Spurs fan.

Jon joined Xeretec as an apprentice more than 20 years ago. Starting with the company from when it was so small, Jon wore many hats simultaneously over the years from pre and post-sales, through to technical analyst and looking after the IT infrastructure. Now the company is much bigger, taking on just the IT department is a job in its own right and keeps Jon plenty busy. Outside of work, Jon enjoys camping, snowboarding, festivals and all things tech!

Gill joined Xeretec in 2019 bringing with her many years of HR experience gained in a diverse range of organisations. Having studied French at university, Gill started her HR career in Harrods and more recently worked as an independent HR Consultant before joining Xeretec. Outside of work Gill is a keen gardener and cook.

Helen started her own supplies business at the age of 18 and has been at Xeretec for 20 years. She is now responsible for the supplies business for the whole Xeretec Group and with her team believes passionately in excellent customer service. Helen loves traveling and experiencing new cultures.

Darren started work in the IT industry in general IT support, soon moving to a Xerox concessionaire as a support analyst. Since then he has worked in the Xerox channel or directly for a manufacturer progressing  to Senior Analyst, IT analyst Manager and then Head of Technology. Darren joined Xeretec following the acquisition of Bytes. Darren is allergic to Whisky which he finds embarrassing considering he is Scottish!

Andrea worked in various accounts positions before joining Xerox in roles in finance, customer liaison and indirect channels. She became a member of the Xeretec team following the acquisition of Bytes. Andrea loves traveling and exploring UK and European cities.

Karina joined Xeretec as an apprentice 22 years ago and is now Financial Controller and Company Secretary. She manages all aspects of accounts for the company, in particular cashflow and payroll, and has seen it grow from 10 employees to over 150. Karina like all sports especially Cricket and follows the England Cricket team.
