Being in control of the services we offer helps our customers get the most from their managed print service. The Xeretec-owned state-of-the-art helpdesk in Aberdeen provides all the support customers need for their hardware and solutions from one port of call. Managed print service customers also have a dedicated agent who will closely monitor and remotely fix devices where possible, often before you’re aware of a problem, helping to maintain uptime and productivity. We also use our own analytics tools such as Xeretec Pulse to proactively review performance against SLAs and identify ways your managed print services can further increase business efficiency and savings. Bespoke billing solutions can also be devised.

Xeretec is Xerox’s largest partner in Europe and Landscape (our dedicated HP contract specialist division) is the most accredited HP partner in the UK. We have our own in-house software development team and were one of the first partners in the UK to develop and launch on-device apps for Xerox devices. Landscape also offers HP’s Device as a Service (DaaS), combining HP client computing, mobile and tablet technology, lifecycle services and HP’s expertise into an all-inclusive managed service.
